Fundación Euroárabe de Altos Estudios

Located in Granada, Spain, the Euro-Arab Foundation for Higher Studies aims to create a space for dialogue and cooperation between the countries of the European Union and Arab countries. The Foundation was entrusted with promoting cultural, scientific and economic relations between Europe and the Arab World, throughout the spread of scientific and humanistic knowledge produced in universities and other centres for scientific research or artistic creation, either national or international, in order to contribute to the reinforcement of the dialogue between Arab States and European States.

The Euro-Arab Foundation will collaborate in all steps of the project and will be involved in Work Package 3 ‘Individual Radicalization Screening (IRS) adaptation and ideological-focused component’, in the development of an assessment tool focused on the ideological component of Islamic extremism. In addition, due to its connection with different institutions and social actors from countries directly affected by the threats of terrorism and radicalization, FUNDEA will collaborate in the project’s communication and dissemination work in order to increase the impact of the results.

This project is co-funded by the European Commission’s Internal Security Fund – Police (ISFP) (GA no. 101035878)
